Furthermore, having shared the livability court method with a nationally syndicated radio show, they were enamored that this was real until they googled it - on air. They said “Oh My God this is true! This is happening all over the place...”. That’s the typical reaction to any reasonable, common sense individual when you explain livability issues, and their mission is to ‘protect the quality of life’. Now, wtf do I need a brand new court for my neighbor to stick me with a 1087$ fine because I hadn’t cut the grass at a property.

I could write a book of the ordinances that the Livability Court chooses to ignore and those it chooses to just make up as it meanders along the outskirts of constitutionality. Let’s stop calling it ‘livability’ and call it what it really is...

A tool for the Extremely wealthy residents to wield power and dominance over the little guy. They didn’t like the court in place, so hell, they made up their own. An unelected director, Dan Riccio, has the power to ruin a business with a snap of his finger. He could ruin a whole industry if he wished. He has no oversight, but never short on his “heroism in these trying times” from council to old crooked Dan Riccio. Keep the heat on please, this is not right and was never right. A higher court with any sense should crush this fake court, and why it hasn’t happened yet? Because if you cross Dan, Dan comes after you and your business. Fact, I live it.
